Firstly, welcome to dev.loboand.com. The site will hereafter be referred to as ‘Loboand’ or ‘Site’. By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
General Terms & Conditions
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Registering on the website
Visitors have the option to register on the website to speed up transactions. All billing and credit card information is transmitted to Payfort, the online payment provider via a secured connection.
Website users can also subscribe to a newsletter on the website . Enrollment requires you to (1) indicate agreement to these Terms and Conditions, (2) provide contact information and identification details.
Users can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter.
We value our customers and we confirm that that all personal information and contact details you enter on our site will only be used for Loboand to communicate with you. Information will not be sold or shared with any third parties under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
PURCHASES
Order Processing
Loboand may, at its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase is out of stock or we suspect the request is fraudulent. Loboand also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. This would be done either by telephone or by email at our expense. Loboand will not charge or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
Shipping and Return Policy
All shipping charges are additional to the price of the product and are to be borne by the customer.
Return Policy is as follows:
- If you wishes to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to ship it back to Loboand FZE at your own expense, and ask for either a replacement or a refund. Refunds and replacements will be processed as soon as the item is received by the Loboand team in the UAE. The product price will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase; shipping price will not be refunded. Replacements can be ordered again, as soon as original item is received by our staff.
- Damaged Items: Loboand has a stringent quality policy and we guarantee you receive only the very best product. Unfortunately even the very best product could get damaged during shipment. We request you to inspect the product at the time of delivery to ensure that the item is in good condition and hasn't been subject to damage during shipping. In case of any defect, users can return the item and either ask for a replacement or a refund. Refund will be processed as soon as the damaged item is received by the Loboand team. For a speedy replacement, you can also email us an image of the damage to info@dev.loboand.com. Upon verification, our customer service team will get in touch with you to send a replacement before we have received the damaged item.
- No refunds or replacements are issued after 7 days of receiving the item. Recipients signature of the delivery note by the courier company means the item is in good condition.
Product Descriptions
Loboand attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products on the Site If a product offered on the Site is not as described, you may return the item as specified in the Return Policy. Loboand asks its users to read the description of the products thoroughly. We also would like to mention that some images on the website are graphical representations and actual product color may differ slightly. Please zoom into the images for greater details.
Pricing Information
Loboand strives to provide accurate pricing information of its products and services available on the Site. We cannot, however, ensure against pricing errors. Loboand reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of an error. If this occurs, Loboand will notify you by email. In addition, Loboand reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price.
Product Availability
Some products on the Loboand Site are available in stock while some products are produced on order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as 'Out of Stock' on the site. In case of any technical error and the product is not available but the user conducted a purchase or if the product upon inspection by the Loboand staff is not in good condition, then Loboand team will get in touch with the user to replace or refund.
Shipping and Tax
- All shipping and tax costs are borne by the customer in addition to the price of the product shown on the website.
- For all countries, our courier partners will offer a quote that will be added to the total shipping cart value upon check out.
- Customers from all countries outside the UAE are responsible to pay the customs applicable on the product, and should acknowledge that at the time of purchase. The prices on Loboand DO NOT include TAX and SHIPPING, and users will be charged if applicable based on the charges in their respective countries. The shipping company will be in touch with the buyer informing them of any payable Taxes.
- Loboand will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Customers should also note that a Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/or weight limits for parcels by the courier company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
License and Site Access
- All content available through this Site (including, without limitation, text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, downloads, interfaces, code and software, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof) is the exclusive property of and owned by Loboand, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
- You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). Any unauthorized access to the Site by you (including any such access or use that involves in any way an account you may establish on the Site or any device you may use to access the Site) shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Loboand.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, or required by applicable law, Loboand makes no representations, covenants or warranties and offers no other conditions, express or implied, regarding any matter, including, without limitation, the merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, any content on the Site, or any products purchased through the Loboand site, as well as warranties implied from a course of performance or course of dealing.
Your use of this Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the site or any feature or part thereof at any time. Loboand disclaims any warranties that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; that the Site will be secure; that the Site or the server that makes the site available will be virus-free; or that information on the site will be correct, accurate, adequate, useful, timely, reliable or otherwise complete. If you download any content from this Site, you do so at your own discretion and risk. Recognizing such, you acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including, without limitation, consumer protection law), neither Loboand nor its suppliers or third party content providers will be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in any way related to (a) this Site, or any other Site or resource you access through a link from this Site; (b) any action we take or fail to take as a result of communications you send to us; (c) any termination or cancellation of your registration and /or subscription; (d) any products or services made available or purchased through the Loboand site, including any damages or injury arising from any use of such products; (d) any delay or inability to use the Site or any information, products or services advertised in or obtained through the Site; or (e) the modification, removal or deletion of any content submitted or posted on the Site.
INDEMNITIES
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Loboand harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Terms of Use.

When you use the Site or send emails to Loboand, you are communicating with Loboand electronically. You consent to receive electronically any communications related to your use of this Site. Loboand will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. All notices from Loboand intended for receipt by a customer shall be deemed delivered and effective when sent to the email address you provide on Loboand Site.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Loboand regarding the specific matters herein, and all prior agreements, letters, proposals, discussions and other documents regarding the matters herein are superseded and merged into these Terms and Conditions.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, and such provision shall be deemed to be restated to reflect the parties' original intentions as nearly as possible in accordance with applicable laws.
• WAIVERS
If any content on this Site, or your use of the Site, is contrary to the laws of the place where you are when you access it, we ask you not to use the Site. You are responsible for informing yourself of the laws of your jurisdiction and complying with them. Loboand will not be held responsible for any of such breaches to the local laws.
• DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Mindful of the high cost of litigation, both you and Loboand agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Site, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Terms of Use or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Both you and Loboand FZE agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent which must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.
• APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Loboand will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Cash on delivery
Loboand FZE offers Cash on Delivery payment option for buyers from within UAE. Full payment must be made upon receipt of the product. If the buyer cancels the order upon delivery, buyer will need to bear the delivery costs related to the dispatch of the product to his/her address.
